Harmony Beans sources their beans from Port Maquarie company Peak Coffee, here’s a little about them taken from their website:

“Peak Coffee in Port Macquarie, is the first coffee roasting business to be located on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Armed with a 60lb traditional drum roaster, we roast for local cafe owners and wholesale accounts. Peak coffee endeavours to bring quality fresh coffee and tantalising blends to our wholesale and retail customers.”

Peak Pulse

Roast Profile – Medium Dark

Pulse is a blend of three arabicas with just a dash of Indian monsoon to add a kick. Smooth full bodied with deep dark chocolate and a hint of spice. Pulse is Peak Coffee’s strong blend. Great as an espresso and for those that like a good strong flavoured coffee with a caffeine hit.

Peak Decaf

Roast Profile – Medium Dark

The chemical free process begins by soaking high quality coffee beans in pure clean water. This flavoured water is then run through a filter, which traps only the caffeine molecules. Next the flavour-charged water, now decaffeinated, is circulated over the green coffee beans and the caffeine naturally flows out of the beans – simple diffusion. This process maintains coffee flavour very accurately.
